A Letter of Invitation is a proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed.

For those who require a visa, please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. The process length varies from individuals, you’re strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can.
Should your application be denied, We cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.

The Hilton Garden Inn provides a comfortable and high-standard stay. The rooms are spacious, modern and very well maintained, ensuring maximum comfort. The service is impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff. Then we were installed at the front, I didn't see any problems, the room was very good.
But then some people drinking wine at a table right below our bedroom window started to bother us, laughing loudly, talking loudly, some even shouting. I called reception and asked how long they could stay there. According to what was given to me until 11pm, the time when the restaurants and bars that share the space with the hotel close. In short, until 1:30 am shouting, laughing, etc. And we (wife and children) were too tired to face the trip to Goiânia. We went to bed late and woke up very early, we didn't rest.
