*ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors:
- 1- Welcome reception
- 2- Printed Name Card
- 3- Conference Folder or Bag
- 4- Participation in the technical program
- 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
- 6- Printed Proceedings
- 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
- 8- Lunch on the presentation day
- 9- Banquet
Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following four steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.
In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

The regular fee will be charged upto 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
Authors have to sign (for the individual paper)registration Form, and email that in PDF/JPG/PNG format.
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to The United Research double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done. If the author is NOT able to format the The United Research Provides the formatting facility without any extra charges.
Step 4 - Registration
ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: info.unitedresearch@gmail.com
One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the USD 150 in order to get registered and get all things as covered in *ONE Registration Fee above.
If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay ONLY 50% of the total fee in order to publish the additional paper.
Important Note
The Physical Conferences are depending upon the paper registrations so if in case the Conference is cancelled or postponed the coordinator will guide you to proceed further with some other conference or virtual conference
All participates will definitely get the E_copies and Hard copies to their postal address, even if they are not able to attend the conference
- 1- All participants must register before coming to the conference by paying the specified the amount mentioned at the registration menu of the Official Conference Website or a written letter from the Organizing Secretary.
- 2- All participants must follow the official Conference page only regularly for getting the latest information about the event.
- 3- The Organizer may change the venue and date at any time before the conference. If the organizing Committee decides to change the venue and Date of Event, all registered participants (Only) will get the information via mail and Phone.
- 4- The participants should not involve any kind of violence inside and outside of the venue at any time before and after the event.
- 5- The participants must bring their original ID card while attending the Conference otherwise you can’t attend the conference.
- 6- Due to a shortage of Conference KIT United Research may not give you the participant KIT at the time of Conference, in such cases United Research will provide you the Conference KIT via Speed Post after the Conference.
- 7- Any participant reaching after the reporting time at the venue will not be considered for the presentation at the conference and not allowed to participate in the conference.
- 8- Any Activists are not allowed to register and attain the conference.
- 9- United Research has all rights reserved to publish the conference images at any platform at any time.
- 10- United Research will be not responsible for any refund of the ticket or any kind of money loss to the participants if the conference gets cancel or re-scheduled to other place or date. However, the registration amount will be refunded.
- 11- If the United Research Management approves any refund process it will be done in the same manner as received from the author/listener. The Author/Listener needs to fill and send the United Research Refund form (Available with coordinator). The online and offline refund process takes minimum 10 to 15 working days and it may takes several weeks to reflect in your bank(United Research doesn’t takes the responsibility to check form author’s account) .
- 12- After the Refund the United Research will only proceed the refund details to the Author’s/ Listener’s registered email id only.
